Inspired by Nature, we all have tools (such as our senses) to lead us to a more vivid and passionate life. Thrive Yoga is dedicated to the healing and growth of the individual through the practice of Meditation, Yoga, Alexander Technique and Reiki to support our natural propensity to grow. All of these and more are here for you as taught by Valerie Rich.
